Our tendering Process
Our aim is to provide the most economical and technically acceptable tender price. In order to achieve this, during the tender stage we liaise closely with our prospective clients, prefabrication facility, suppliers and supervision team to ensure that our tender reflects the desired scope of works, project programme and specification. We are also keen to offer and act upon value engineering proposals in order to improve programme and price, where possible.
How we work
The Directors are responsible for all commercial matters and liaise very closely at all times with all our clients Commercial
Managers and Quantity Surveyors. We issue Applications and variation details at the earliest opportunity and provide monthly updated indications of projected final account values. We employ a non-contractual and proactive approach to all financial matters. As a result of the close financial control that we maintain at all times for all projects, we endeavour to settle final accounts amicably on or very soon after completion of our works on site.
