EMS provide installation and prefabrication of Heating, Chilled, Condenser, Condensate, and Gas and Oil pipework systems ranging in pipe size from 15mm to 900mm diameter.

EMS only engage operatives who have been fully trained, recognised and reputable mechanical fitters. All EMS welders are all qualified to at least HVCA Class II, however most are qualified to Class I.
EMS’s workforce expands up to approximately 80 No. operatives.
EMS operates exhaustive workshop quality assurance procedures which track and log each individual weld. NDT can be provided to either Class I or Class II where required.
EMS gas department retains fully qualified and trained operatives who are able to advise, check, install, test and purge and certify gas systems in accordance with the requirements of Gas Safe.
EMS CAD department produce fully detailed isometric prefabrication drawings, cutting and assembly sheets developed from fully coordinated working drawings.
EMS is a fully credited member of the BESA and Gas Safe registered.
EMS typically provide pipework services to new build and refurbishment projects covering Commercial Offices, Hotels, Residential and Hospital projects either shell and core and / or Category A and Category B fit out works. EMS individual sub contract order values and capability typically range from £250,000 to £7,000,000.
EMS’s current annual turnover capability and target is circa £12m.
